Delete your Evenzs Ops account
This page explains how to delete your account in Evenzs Ops, the event-planning app from Scube Innovations LLC (Evenzs.com). It covers what is deleted, what is kept and for how long, and how to ask us to delete your account if you no longer have the app. The same steps apply on iPhone, iPad and Android.
Delete your account in the app
- Open Evenzs Ops and sign in.
- Open Settings (or your Profile) and choose Delete account.
- If you run events that other people work on, the app shows each one and asks you to review it first. Those events are kept for your team (see below), so you can hand them to someone else before you go.
- Optionally, say why you are leaving. Only the choice you make and how many days your account existed are counted, without your account details.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Delete my account. If you signed in with Apple, the app also asks you to confirm with Apple. If your device cannot do that, email us (below).
No app, or can't sign in?
Email contact@evenzs.com with the subject line Account Deletion Request, from the email address you signed up with. We may need to verify that the account is yours before we delete it. Never include a password or other sensitive information in your email.
What happens, and when
Straight away
- You are signed out on every device, and signing in is blocked.
- Your profile details are cleared: name, photo, phone number, company, role, city, time zone, website, Instagram and bio. Your email address is replaced with a placeholder.
- Notification and Lock Screen registrations for your devices are deleted, and so are the calendar links you made.
- We try to email you a Keep my account link. If it does not arrive, email us (below) within the 30 days.
30 days later (a daily clean-up deletes accounts once their 30 days are over)
- Events you run alone are deleted, with their tasks, vendors, budget, guests, run of show and team.
- Events other people work on are not deleted. Your team keeps its access, and your name on the records it keeps becomes "Former team member". Nobody is promoted automatically, so anything only the Event Manager can do waits until the event is reassigned.
- Your sign-in account, your profile photo and your membership in other people's events are deleted, along with your notification settings and queued notifications.
- Your usage history in our analytics tool is erased.
Changed your mind?
Within the 30 days, use the Keep my account link we emailed you, or email contact@evenzs.com from the same address with the subject line Cancel Account Deletion; our team restores accounts by hand. Your events, tasks, vendors, guests and team access come back; the profile details we cleared do not, so you will need to enter them again. After 30 days deletion is permanent.
What we keep
- Events other people work on, as described above, because those people still need them.
- A record that you asked for deletion and what became of it: the date, the account number and that you asked yourself. It holds no name or email, and is kept for audit and legal reasons. We have not set an end date for it.
- Information we must keep to follow the law, settle a dispute, or establish or defend a legal claim.
- Error reports and AI-provider records held by the companies that process them for us keep to their own schedules, and we ask them to erase what they hold about you when we receive a verified request. Backups are replaced on their own schedule, so they can take longer to clear.
